Joshua’s practical experience as a carpenter, builder and construction manager of large-scale luxury homes, multi-residential properties and commercial projects means he has a thorough understanding of the design and construction process. He fulfils valuable project management roles that include extensive liaison with builders, consultants and suppliers.
The property and construction industry is Josh’s passion and he is constantly inspired to create outstanding residential developments that deliver innovative architectural design and superior craftsmanship to the South-East Queensland market.
Education
After completing a Certificate 4 in Building and Construction, Joshua was one of Queensland’s youngest ever holders of a low-rise builder’s licence. He has an advanced Diploma in Building and Construction and still maintains an active Open Builders Licence.
