With a Bachelor of Business Management (Real Estate & Development), an advanced Diploma Building and Construction, and his Open Builder’s Licence, Nathan Di Carlo brings a strong foundation of property and development knowledge to the Di Carlo Property Group.

Beginning at the age of 17 working for his father Angelo, Nathan has gained valuable ground-level experience by being involved with every stage of the building & development process. His work in the field firstly began on a smaller scale and included subdivisions and one-off builds. In time, Nathan gradually acquired the capability to undertake larger scale projects. This in depth knowledge sees Nathan play a key role as a director of Di Carlo Property Group, helping to manage the entire building and development process from the initial site acquisition to final completion for each project.

Successfully graduating from his university studies with honours, Nathan has also represented Australia at multiple international sporting events in his chosen sport of boxing. The tenacity & dedication required to achieve those milestones is now applied by Nathan to each and every Di Carlo Property Group development where his expertise is applied to the design, finance, construction, project management, marketing and sales aspects of each project.

Nathan’s experience and thorough knowledge in his field ensures the company is constantly evolving and adapting to the unique challenges facing the South-East Queensland property market.
